  19th Annual Tom Maynard Memorial Poker Run

Intinerary ~ May 20-21, 2016

 

Friday, May 20th

  • 11:00am – Fun Run to Mexico Viejo
    • meet on the docks & follow our Sponsor, Jon Dabareiner
  • 3:45pm – Bus shuttle from Mariners Landing to Mango’s begins
  • 4:00pm-9:00pm – Captain Check In/Boat Packet Pick-Up
  • 5:00pm-7:00pm – Parrot Pan Steel Drum Band
  • 6:00pm-8:00pm - Dinner with Beer &/or Wine at Mango’s
  • 7:30pm-11:30pm – Shame for Sydney Band
  • 8:00pm – Cash Bar starts
  • 9:00pm – Merchandise sales & Captain Check In closes
  • 11:30pm – Last bus run …don’t miss the bus!

Saturday, May 21st

  • 8:30am-10:30am – Coffee and Breakfast in Blackwater Room
  • 10:30am – MANDATORY Captain’s Meeting in Blackwater Room
  • 11:00am – Draw 1st card to kick off the Poker Run
  • 11:30am – Boats take off (what a sight to see!)
  • 4:00pm – Poker Hand Check-in begins
  • 4:00pm – Beer Garden with Merchandise sales & vendors
  • 5:00pm – all boats must be back to Mariners Landing
  • 5:30pm – Awards Dinner with Big Luck & the Mighty Slicks
  • 7:00pm – Awards Ceremony
